Positive: Staff was friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect for exploring Tokyo without being too touristy. The baths were lovely and clean, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable.

Negative: It would have been nice if the water in the rooms was drinkable, and if there was a water dispenser near the baths.

Summary: Absolutely lovely. Not many frills, but comfortable, clean, and convenient.
